Our Reynaers CS77 aluminum facade frames are made of high quality aluminum. Aluminum frames provide a modern and sleek look. The Reynaers CS77 frames are very strong and stable, offer good insulation and are very maintenance-friendly. Sanding and painting is no longer necessary, the only maintenance is occasional cleaning. The production of the Reynaers CS77 frames is KOMO certified.
Dimensions
The Reynaers CS77 frame profile has a size of 89 x 59 mm.
- Window profile: 51mm x 77mm
- Door profile: 102mm x 68mm
- Intermediate posts and intermediate sills: 89 mm
- Bottom sill: 18 mm for doors (low relief sill, aluminum coloured)
The installation depth of the frame is always 59 mm. The windows have a thickness of 77 mm and protrude 9 mm. The stop profile of the Reynaers CS77 frame profile is always 25 mm.
We recommend using 20 to 22 mm thick adjustable frames so that there is a clearance of 3 to 5 mm.
Aluminum windows
If you compose a window in the Reynaers CS77 frame profile, the window profile is 51 x 77 mm. Double HR++ glass or HR+++ triple glass does not matter for the thickness of the window and/or door.
Aluminum doors
The doors that we supply with our Reynaers CS77 aluminum frames are 59 mm thick.
As standard, we use double-sided laminated glass for the aluminum doors, because there is a risk of falling through.
Pre-drilled holes
We supply our aluminum frames with pre-drilled holes. We advise you to use screws with a thickness of 7.5 mm. NB! These screws are not included.
Glazing bars
We offer the possibility to order aluminum frames including glazing. You can choose from both HR++ double glazing and HR+++. We also supply the glazing bars, even if you order unglazed. The glazing bars are suitable for standard HR++ glass (28mm) . Just like the frames, these are made of aluminum and supplied in the same color as the frame.
Scale
Our aluminum frames are always fitted with a stop. The stop is 25 mm. We therefore recommend using 20 to 22 mm thick adjustable frames so that there is a clearance of 3 to 5 mm.
