It is possible to order the Reynaers CF77 frame profile including HR++ or HR+++ glazing. We always supply the glazing bars, even when you order without glass. With unglazed, standard glazing bars for 28 mm glass package thickness are included. If you order including glass, we adjust the dimensions of the glazing bars to the type of glass. Just like the window frame, the glazing beads are made of aluminum and are supplied in the same colour.
With our aluminum harmonica doors with the Reynaers CF77 profile, you can choose from the following types of glass:
- 2-sided laminated HR++ double glass
- 2-sided laminated HR+++ triple glass
If there is a risk of falling through, it is mandatory to use safety glass (laminated glass). These obligations are described in NEN 3569 and NEN 6702. We therefore use 2-sided laminated glass on our accordion doors as standard.
It is not possible to choose rods in the glass, wienersprossen with stick rods and/or frosted glass.
HR++ double glazing
Safety glass 2-sided laminated HR++ double glass
If NEN 3569 applies to your work, then apply this layered injury-reducing glazing. The 2-sided laminated glass has two panes of 3 mm on the inside and outside. There is a foil between the panes, which keeps the glass together when it breaks. There is therefore no chance of falling through with this type of glass. The cavity width is 16 mm. The construction guarantees a U-value of 1.1.
HR+++ triple glass
Safety glass 2-sided laminated HR+++ triple glass
The 2-sided laminated triple glass has a transparent foil between the panes of 3 mm on the inside and outside. If NEN3569 applies to your work, you use this glazing. In this case you can fall against the glass both on the inside and on the outside. The triple 2-sided laminated glass guarantees a U-value of 0.6.
