We offer the option of ordering our Reynaers SlimLine 38 aluminum frames including glazing. You can choose from both HR++ double glazing and HR+++. We also supply the glazing bars, even if you order unglazed. Standard glazing beads for 28mm glass package thickness are included with unglazed. If you order including glass, the size of the glazing beads varies per type of glass. Just like the frames, the glazing bars are made of aluminum and are supplied in the same color as the frame.
You can choose from the following types of glass:
- HR++ double glazing
- 1- sided laminated HR++ double glass
- 2-sided laminated HR++ double glass
- HR+++ triple glass
- 1- sided laminated HR+++ triple glass
- 2- sided laminated HR+++ triple glass
When there is a risk of falling through, it is required by law to use safety glass. These obligations are described in NEN 3569 and NEN 6702. Because we cannot assess the situation in which the aluminum frame is placed, we are not responsible for whether or not safety glass is used. If you are unsure about the choice of glass, please do not hesitate to contact us.
There is no possibility of rods in the glass, wienersprossen with stick rods and/or frosted glass.
HR ++ Double glazing
HR ++ Double glazing
HR++ gives a high return. The construction of the glazing is always referred to from the outside in, in this case 4mm glass on the outside, a cavity of 20 mm and the glass on the inside is also 4 mm. This structure guarantees a U-value of 1.1.
Safety glass 1- sided laminated HR++ double glass
With 1-sided laminated glass, the inside of the double glass consists of two 3 mm glass plates that are stuck together with a transparent foil in between. When laminated glass is broken, it will not give up quickly due to the high adhesion factor of the foil. This glazing is used as fall-resistant glazing, for example on a floor where the glass runs to the floor and you have a chance of falling outside. The outer glass plate is 4 mm and the glass has a cavity of 18 mm. This structure guarantees a U-value of 1.1
Safety glass 2-sided laminated HR++ double glass
With 2-sided laminated glass, both the inside and the outside consist of two panes of 3 mm that are stuck together with a foil in between. If NEN 3569 applies to your work, you can apply this layered injury-limiting glazing. We recommend using this glass in doors and sliding doors, for example, because there is a chance that you can fall against it from both the inside and the outside. The cavity is 16 mm. This structure guarantees a U-value of 1.1
HR +++ Triple glass
HR+++ triple glass
HR+++ glazing has a high efficiency, which is why it is also called insulating glass. The glazing is built up from the outside in, in this case 4mm glass on the outside, a cavity of 18 mm, 4mm glass in the middle and then another cavity of 18 mm. The glass on the inside is 4mm. This structure guarantees a U-value of 0.6.
Safety glass 1- sided laminated HR+++ triple glass
With 1-sided laminated triple glass, the inside of the triple glass consists of two 3 mm glass plates that are stuck together with a transparent foil in between. If the laminated glass breaks, it will not give up easily thanks to the high adhesion factor of the film. This fall-through-resistant glazing is used on a floor where the glass extends to the floor and there is a chance of falling out. The triple 1-sided laminated glass guarantees a U-value of 0.6.
Safety glass 2-sided laminated HR+++ triple glass
The 2-sided laminated triple glass has a transparent foil between the two panes of 3 mm on both the inside and outside. You can use this layered injury-reducing glazing if NEN 3569 applies to your work. This glazing has been tested for fall through. We recommend using this glass in doors and sliding doors, for example. There is a chance that you can fall against it from both the inside and the outside. The triple 2-sided laminated glass guarantees a U-value of 0.6.
