For plastic K-VISION frames, both the Trend and Classic profiles, we use a maintenance-free DTS threshold. This low relief sill is selected by default under a door. If you want a door with a continuous plastic profile because your frame is not placed on the level, you can easily change this.
Applied sills K-VISION Trend and Classic
The DTS sills for the K-VISION profile have various advantages. There is no thermal bridge due to the use of this full plastic sill. The sill is also unbreakable and consists of one continuous basic profile. The DTS threshold is 100% recyclable and meets all requirements of the Building Decree.
K-VISION Trend
An AHA-120 DTS threshold is used for the K-VISION Trend profile. This DTS threshold has a unique click system. The AHA-120 DTS threshold is wear-resistant and colored through-and-through, so that the original color is retained even with very intensive use. This threshold meets the quality requirements and has a KOMO certificate.

Processing DTS thresholds
With DTS thresholds it is important that they are always anchored and supported to the building structure. Center to center maximum 300mm with corner anchors of sufficient rigidity. In addition, the DTS sills at the front must be fully supported. It is recommended to remove the stanchion and/or span batten only after the window frame has been fully anchored and bricked in. Ask Supply Online for the processing instructions.
The low relief sills can be cleaned with all normal cleaning agents. Please note, do not use abrasive sponges or abrasive cleaners as this can cause dull and white spots. If dull and white spots have nevertheless appeared, these can be brushed away with a shoe brush and polished with a cloth with oil (e.g. salad oil).
