How can I track my order?
1) When delivered by courier
Orders of a maximum of two frames with a maximum size of 1000 x 2000 mm are packed individually and shipped by courier. The evening before delivery you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail with a time slot of 2 hours . On the day of delivery you can track the driver in real time via this code. Make sure you are on time.
2) When delivered by truck
We deliver orders with frames larger than 1000 x 2000 mm or more than two pieces by truck. The evening before delivery you will receive an e-mail with a three-hour window in which your window frames will be delivered. This way you know exactly when the driver will come by to deliver your window(s). Make sure you are on time at the indicated location to receive and check the window frame.
3) Pick up frames
It is possible to collect Mahogany and Accoya frames free of charge from our factory in Rijssen. The address is: Celciusstraat 32, 7461 JR Rijssen. You can pick up from the chosen pick-up date from Monday to Friday between 08:30 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 15:30.
Important!
- During the ordering process, indicate that you want to pick up the frames yourself at our location in Rijssen;
- Make sure you have a trailer with sufficient (loading) space. The loading space must be an open platform or the sides must be able to be folded open, otherwise the forklift cannot load the trestle;
- Due to safety considerations at the factory, it is NOT possible to remove the trestle and take the frames with you separately.
