How are the shipping costs calculated?
In addition to a fast delivery of 5 working days, Toelevering Online also offers a low shipping price. A fast delivery goes hand in hand with the delivery and its costs. You do not pay the same price for a small window as for a large sliding door, but a price that fits the dimensions of your window. We always calculate the most advantageous shipping costs for you. You also have the option to pick up, this is free.
Postage costs
When an order is placed, it is automatically calculated how and on which trestle the frames will be transported. We always calculate the most advantageous option for you based on the number of frames and dimensions. Delivery by truck is used as the shipping method. 1. Delivery by truck
We use 4 different box types, with a fixed shipping price and make a distinction between daily delivery and weekly delivery. The costs for a day delivery vary from €66.50 to €265.00 and for a week delivery from €54.50 to €252.23 excl. VAT. The shipping costs we charge for packaging and delivery depend on the number of frames and dimensions. You can see the exact shipping costs when you put together your window frame on our website.

To keep costs as low as possible, the wooden trestles remain the property of you as a customer after delivery. We ‘ re not coming to pick up the bucks . We do this because of the environmental aspect, to reduce the emissions of our trucks.
2. Pick up
You also have the option to pick up wooden frames. Collection is free . You can pick up from the chosen pick-up date from Monday to Friday between 08:30 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 15:30.
- Make sure you have a trailer with sufficient (loading) space. The loading space must be an open platform or the sides must be able to be folded open, otherwise the forklift cannot load the trestle;
- Due to safety considerations at the factory, it is NOT possible to remove the trestle and take the frames with you separately.
